ALTON offers a choice of three Founding Packages for start-up business to assist them in the formation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or a Corporation. ALTON also provides Office Services Packages which existing businesses can use. These packaged services include, for example, the Company Virtual Office and the Business Virtual Office which are suitable for a LLC or a Corporation business whose operations are located entirely outside of the U.S. We can also provide our clients with a Telephone and Fax Service.
